This book takes you beyond what the psychiatric community offers and into my personal account of Bipolar and includes my journey to complete wellness. By tapping my personal power, I have been able to get beyond managing and coping with mental illness to living a full life, medication free and asymptomatic.

By integrating western medical practices with spiritual wisdom that has been passed down through the ages I have been able to get at the roots of Bipolar, Depression and Anxiety in my life and assimilate body, mind and spirit to live successfully here and now.

In this book, I’ll take you on a journey into madness and my personal search for life beyond the roller coaster ride of mood swings. At the end I arrive in a brave new world of love, peace and balance. With compassion and understanding I learned to face the insanity head on and move beyond suffering to a bright future full of potential. I refused to accept an external view of myself and found that I was indeed bigger than any assigned label I’d ever been given.

Because Mental Illness affects the whole family, mother and daughter team up to tell the story together. You’ll hear two accounts of the story; my personal account and that of my mom as she shares her experience as a witness to the torment and anguish of the madness afflicting her only daughter.

Perhaps through our story you’ll discover your own power and heal your life!
