Interviews with Experts
All of our experts are people with real world experience in personal recovery from depression and/or they are individuals who have studied and are practicing a modality that is known to aid in achieving sustained mental wellness. We do our very best to adequately research and provide credible data for you to consider. We believe in allowing each individual to take personal responsibility for the health choices they make.
In no way should any advice or suggestions be taken on blind faith (no one can every know what’s right for another person). There are so many pathways to wellness and the journey is an individual one. It’s only in getting connected to your own truth that you can find the right fit. Everything you find here is additional data that you can use to help you make an informed decision about what is best for your own journey.
We are not driven by any agenda to promote one healing pathway as more legitimate than another. The experts may or may not be formally credentialed western medical doctors as we believe that people from all corners of the community can add valuable information to the question of how to liberate oneself from depression once and for all.
