Garden of Projects
The Depression Project has a BIG mission and it takes many hands and feet working in unique and inspired ways. This page highlights the current projects in the works.

  • 24/7 Cleaning
Using the Ho’oponopono process, a team of people are working to clean up the memories and data that show up as the problems of depression in our world. We do this by taking 100% responsibility for what’s going on in us that’s causing depression to show up as a problem. This practice works to reduce the burden of these problems for ourselves and others. If you’d like to learn more about this ancient Hawaiian process please check out the world renowned teachers, Dr. Hew Len and Mabel Katz at www.businessbyyou.com

  • Madness, Mania & Miracles Book Tour
Connecting with individuals and families with a message of hope, inspiration and the possibility of complete recovery, Anna’s personal journal through Madness to complete healing is now available. Anna leads and participates in community discussion, both online and offline. You can contact Anna directly at anna@thedepressionproject.com

  • Community Play
Currently in development is the concept of creating a community play based on the book Madness, Mania and Miracles. The play will educate the writers, producers, actors and their audiences about the experience and impact of depression at the individual, family and community level. Plans are in the works to take this project into the schools and colleges of our nation, offering a contest for drama departments. More details coming soon!

If you’d like to participate in any of these projects or have a project idea of your own, please submit your ideas here!
