The Depression Project
Rid the World of Depression

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” - Anthropologist Margaret Mead

Thank you for visiting The Depression Project Website. The purpose of this site is to convey a singular message; there is a way out of depression. The opportunity to dissolve depression in one’s life is available for any aspirant that seeks this outcome. The demonstration of this possibility comes through my own story that is written down in the book Madness, Mania and Miracles. In addition to this I have crossed paths with many others like me that have reached the same liberation from their own suffering.

It is clear that the larger conversation of how to liberate the world from depression is mired with misinformation, hidden agendas and ineffective solutions which are underlined by the increasing numbers of individuals worldwide that are encountering this experience. Because of this, discerning useful information can be nearly impossible leading individuals to cycle in and out of depression for years, decades and sometimes their whole lives.
The resolution to the crisis at the level of community seems to reside in assisting individuals who are ready to move beyond the experience. This has become the work of The Depression Project. If you are interested in connecting with the work and discovering what’s available for your own path please contact me.

The Depression Project is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization operating under Lambda Mental Health Foundation
